Rate of play 90 minutes with an increment of 30 seconds for each move.
July 25: 11.15 am Welcome; 11.30 am round 1; 4.30 pm round 2.
July 26: 09.30 am round 3; 2.30 pm round 4.
July 27: 09.30 am round 5; 2.30 pm round 6.
July 28: 09.30 am round 7, followed by eventual tie-breaks, and prizegiving ceremony.

The qualified players are invited by the Swiss Chess Federation.
All participants and accompanying persons must confirm their presence at the registration desk on Sunday, July 25, 2021 from 08 am to 10:00 am: They pick up their badges and acknowledge by their signature receipt of the protection concept of the festival and strict compliance with these protective measures.
The FIDE rules and the corresponding regulations on apply.
Draw proposals are not allowed before the 31st move.
The tournament is rated for the Swiss and the FIDE rating list.
All games will be broadcasted live on the internet.
Electronic devices of players, accompanying persons and spectators must be completely switched off.
According to the anti-cheating guidelines of the FIDE, there is a suitable detector available in the tournament hall.
Accompanying persons, trainers and spectators must remain outside the playing area.
The players receive three vouchers for the meals at midday (Sunday, Monday and Tuesday). In case of need, the accompanying persons are requested to order their vouchers (CHF 20 each) in advance per e-mail.
You can book per e-mail a double room in the Hotel Mercure from July 25 to 28 for CHF 420 (CHF 560 from July 24).
