|
6 rounds, KO system. Two-games matches, followed by Armageddon in case of a tie.

|
3 minutes + 2 seconds increment per move.
Armageddon: 5 min vs 4 min, without increment. Random draw to determine which player chooses his colour.

|
9 am - 1 pm
Prize-giving: 15' after the end of last game.

|
Prize in kind for all participants. Cup for the winner and medals for the best 3 players. |

Eligibility
|
For U20 participating to MTO and ATO only, as well as local juniors (Biel region).
|

The admission of a player is decided solely by the organization. This decision is final.

|
Free of charge, registration online until July 17.

Check-in
|
All participants are expected to arrive in the playing hall on July 18, no later than 8.45 am, and sit at their board.

Laws of chess
|
It is forbidden to enter the playing area with any electronic device such as a mobile phone or a smart watch.

All players must comply with strict anti-cheating measures in accordance with the FIDE rules.
|

Pairings and results
|
The starting list is based on the July 2025 FIDE rapid rating list, when this is not available on the July 2025 FIDE standard rating list. If only national rating are available, the rapid rating will be considered first, then the standard. Players without such a rating will be alphabetically classified at the bottom of the starting list .
